About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our RevOps team and support our CRM operations. This role is ideal for someone curious about data, interested in service, marketing and sales operations, and eager to learn how technology enables business growth.

As a CRM Intern, you will help maintain the quality of our CRM data, assist with documentation, and provide operational support to the broader team. You'll gain hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot and learn how marketing and sales workflows function in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data hygiene and enrichment efforts: identify duplicates, update missing or inaccurate fields, and validate incoming data.
  • Run regular audits to ensure data consistency and reliability across contacts, companies, and deals.
  • Support CRM users by helping troubleshoot simple issues.
  • Keep documentation and team playbooks up to date, including internal guides and CRM usage documentation.
  • Assist in report creation, pulling data for weekly updates, and supporting performance dashboards.
  • Participate in testing and QA of CRM workflows, email campaigns, and automations.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • A student or recent graduate in Economics, Business, or a data/technology-related field
  • Great communication, both written and verbal
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Technically adept and motivated to engage with tools about digital transformation and automation
  • Interest in the sales and marketing processes and organizations
What We Offer For Interns:
  • Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
  • Internship Duration: from 2 months or more

    • or in the office in Bremen (GER), Sofia (BG), Belgrade (SRB), Singapore (SGD)
