Content, der begeistert – für Instagram und darüber hinaus. Als Werkstudent gestaltest du Videos & informative Posts, entwickelst Skripte und ästhetische Konzepte mit. In den letzten 2 Jahren habe ich meinen Instagram-Account mit bald 160K Followern erfolgreich aufgebaut – jetzt suche ich jemanden, der mich ideenreich unterstützt, Trends beobachtet und spannende Health-Inhalte sichtbar macht.

Aufgaben

Planung & Umsetzung. Eigenständige Projektplanung in Abstimmung mit mir, inklusive Recherche, Skripterstellung und Schnitt von Videos (CapCut Pro).

Ideen- & Konzeptentwicklung. Kreative Konzepte entwickeln, Trends beobachten und Content ästhetisch weiterentwickeln.

AI-gestützte Effizienz. Einsatz von AI-Tools zur Optimierung von Workflow und Produktion.

Zusammenarbeit. Enge Abstimmung mit mir, gemeinsame Drehs in München nach Bedarf (1–2x pro Monat).

Social-Media-Content. Erstellung von Carousel-Posts mit Canva, kreative Weiterentwicklung des Contents.

Tägliche Aufgaben. Recherche, Skripten, Videos schneiden & bearbeiten, Ideenentwicklung.

Planbarer Alltag. Produktion von ca. 3 Content-Pieces pro Woche.

Abstimmung & Planung. Regelmäßige Besprechungen zu Themen und Contentplanung.

Hinweis. Keine Community-Betreuung erforderlich.

Qualifikation

Studium oder Ausbildung. In Medien, Kommunikation, Design oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in Social Media Content Creation

Sprachkenntnisse. Deutsch fließend, Englisch mind. B2

Technisches Wissen. Videoschnitt mit CapCut Pro oder Ähnlichem, Canva, Grundkenntnisse in AI-Tools

Soft Skills. Kreativ, eigeninitiativ, organisiert, zuverlässig, visuelles Gespür für Design, Social-Media-Affinität

Erfahrungslevel. Beginner bis Intermediate, Führungserfahrung nicht erforderlich

Netzwerk & Austausch. Knüpfe Kontakte zu Marken, Influencern und Experten im Gesundheits- und Wellnessbereich.

Feedback. Regelmäßige Abstimmung und konstruktives Feedback direkt von mir – deine Ideen werden gehört und umgesetzt.

Team & Atmosphäre. Persönliche, offene Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen, fokussierten Team – mit viel Raum zum Lernen und Ausprobieren.

Langfristige Perspektive. Ziel ist eine langfristige kreative Zusammenarbeit, in der du dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickelst.

In knapp 2 Jahren habe ich meinen Instagram-Kanal thebetterness mit mehr als 150K Followern aufgebaut und teile meine Leidenschaft für gesunde Ernährung, zuckerfreie Soulfood-Rezepte und Tipps rund um einen gesunden Lebensstil. Bis jetzt habe ich alles selbst gemacht – von der Ideenentwicklung & Skripterstellung bis zum Videoschnitt.
