We are currently looking for a
Polish-speaking Marketing Optimization Specialist
to join Cognizants multilingual team in Lisbon. In this role, you will act as a
Subject Matter Expert for AdWords campaign optimization
, supporting high-value advertising clients and helping them achieve the best performance on their campaigns.

You'll receive comprehensive training and work in a fast-paced, international environment alongside one of the worlds leading online companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement optimization solutions and build AdWords campaigns for high-value customers
  • Create keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations
  • Gather and analyze data at account and campaign level
  • Create reports to support optimization strategies
  • Use optimization techniques aligned with clients goals across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and support sales teams in client discussions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Account Leads

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in digital marketing, client service, or account management
  • Google Ads certification preferred
  • Experience working in a B2B digital environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and processes
  • A proactive, quality-focused, and collaborative mindset

Benefits:

  • Salary: 23,000 + meal allowance (7.63/day) + transport % annual bonus
