About Us
We are an international team based in Berlin and Lisbon, where small, agile groups work on cutting-edge solutions that are changing the way businesses operate. With our cloud platform ezeep, we are revolutionizing printing for the modern workplace. To support our growing infrastructure and improve the developer experience across teams, we are looking for a GitOps Engineer who's passionate about technology, automation, and collaboration.
As a GitOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with our development teams to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.
We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, proactive, and enjoys leading initiatives to improve how we work. You'll also help foster collaboration and bring together a team that currently needs stronger alignment and cohesion.
What You'll DoOperate and evolve our cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
Automate cloud operations using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Bash
Monitor systems and services using Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools
Identify and implement improvements in our developer experience
Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to the DevOps vision of ezeep
Collaborate across engineering teams and help improve team dynamics and communication
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves
Based in Berlin
Strong experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
Deep knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure as code using Terraform
Proficient in Linux, scripting (Bash), and monitoring tools
Self-starter with the ability to independently lead and execute projects
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice-to-HavesExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
Knowledge of mobile build & release workflows
Experience with Grafana, Loki, and Ansible
Familiarity with Windows Server and PowerShell
