Ihre Aufgaben
  • Analytische Unterstützung des Portfoliomanagements bei der Steuerung und Optimierung unseres Immobilienportfolios im Hinblick auf Rendite, Risiko und Gesamt-Performance 
  • Komplexe Finanzmodellierung auf Fonds- sowie auf Asset-Ebene im Bereich Landbanking/Land Development 
  • Erstellung von Fonds-Cashflows, Performance-Analysen und Ableitung von KPIs  
  • Due Diligence für Entwicklungsgrundstücke / Pre-Development-Assets mit erheblichem
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Monitoring - Berichten für das Portfolio Management und externe Stakeholder 
  • Analyse von Quartiersentwicklungen in deutschen Top-Märkten 
  •  Wertsteigerungspotenzial 
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Businessplänen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Performance-Analysen 


Ihr Profil
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Analyst/Investment Analyst/Financial Analyst oder in vergleichbarer Funktion 
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Bereich Finanzmodellierung mit fortgeschrittenen Excel-Modellierungskenntnissen, idealerweise durch ein mindestens 6-monatiges Praktikum erworben
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Real Estate Bereich und der Anwendung von Finanzmodellen im Immobiliensektor
  • Abgeschlossenes oder kurz vor dem Abschluss stehendes Hochschulstudium (bevorzugt: Finanzwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft oder verwandte Fachrichtungen) 
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit Liebe zum Detail und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten 
  • Großes Interesse an den deutschen Immobilienmärkten und aktuellen Marktentwicklungen 
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Immobilienbewertung, Baurechtschaffung und Marktdatenanalyse 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1 ) und mindestens gute (B 2) Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Selbstständige, präzise arbeitende und leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit 
  • Tatkraft, analytisches Denken und Eigeninitiative
