As our Sales Operations Manager at simpleclub, you'll be the driving force behind optimizing and scaling our sales engine

Zero in on the sales funnel from the moment a lead becomes Sales Qualified through to Closed Won. You'll work at the heart of the sales organization, in close partnership with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success, to remove friction, increase conversion rates, and accelerate sales velocity to enable our team to perform at its best. You own topics like route design, data quality & enrichment, forecasting, compensation mechanics, sales tooling, and pipeline hygiene - and evolve them as the business scales. We're looking for a metrics-driven operator who sees themselves as a trusted sparring partner to Sales - working shoulder-to-shoulder with team leads and sales reps to lift efficiency and effectiveness across the entire motion.

How will you make an impact:
  • Own and optimise the sales funnel process from SQL to Closed Won by improving sales velocity
  • Design and maintain deal routing and coverage models to maximise seller productivity and ensure balanced workloads
  • Lead forecasting cadence with Sales: weekly/monthly/quarterly commits, pipeline reviews, slippage analysis
  • Administer the sales tech stack jointly with RevOps (CRM, sequences, quoting tools, automations) and ensure adoption, data quality and usability by the sales organisation
  • Drive pipeline hygiene and process compliance: enforce stage-exit criteria, monitor and maintain data integrity, identify bottlenecks in the funnel
  • Enable a data-driven sales culture by creating, maintaining, and continuously improving dashboards and analytics that empower every seller and manager to understand performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure system, data and process alignment across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
  • Drive enablement: Deliver hands-on training on pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, and CRM best practices to ensure adoption
  • Capture and prioritize sales user stories and turn them into workflow, automation, and UX improvements.
What we value:
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations or a related function (e.g., Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations) in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Native German speaker with comfortable English at a professional level
  • Strong experience owning sales processes and forecasting cadence
  • Excellent analytical skills: comfortable interpreting numbers and share and act on data-led insights jointly with Sales
  • Admin-level experience managing a CRM (preferably Hubspot SalesHub)
  • Experience using AI tools and a proactive approach to applying technology for workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with automation and integration tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n) and a basic understanding of APIs or data sync concepts
  • Familiarity with building documentation, training sessions, and internal toolkits to enable operational excellence
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical (data/ops) and non-technical (sales reps, leadership) stakeholders
  • Hands-on operational mindset: willing to roll up sleeves, own the day-to-day and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and process discipline - you'll enforce standards and ensure consistency

Your salary: We transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.

The salary band for this role in Germany is: EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.

We have implemented salary bands in all job descriptions to ensure we treat all employees fairly. Once we get to know each other better and understand your skills and experience during the interview process, we will be able to evaluate where you would fit within the salary band.
