Nehmen Sie die Herausforderung an und besetzen Sie mit uns eine vakante Position in Festanstellung als IT Lead Energy Trading (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die gesamte IT-Systemlandschaft im Energiehandel von Front- bis Backoffice
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Trading, Portfoliomanagement und Risikomanagement zur Erhebung und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen
  • Führung und Koordination von Entwicklungs- und Betriebsteams im In- und Ausland
  • Sicherstellung einer skalierbaren Cloud-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Microsoft Azure
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Daten- und Integrationsplattformen
  • Verantwortung für Governance, Budget und der strategischen Ausrichtung der IT-Domäne

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Energiehandel sowie in modernen Cloud-Technologien
  • Fundiertes Wissen in der Steuerung von internationalen Teams
  • Expertise mit ML-Modellen für Prognosen
  • Routinierter Umgang in Microservices
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
