DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS
  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Bau unserer Windparks und die ganzheitliche Steuerung unserer Infrastrukturprojekte - von der Ausführungsplanung bis zu Inbetriebnahme
  • Du fokussierst dich auf den Netzanschluss, den effizienten Einkauf von Umspannwerken sowie auf die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
  • Du führst und koordinierst interne und externe Projektbeteiligte (Fachplaner, Baufirmen, Netzbetreiber) sowie alle Gewerke und stimmst technische Anforderungen ab
  • Du erstellst und prüfst technische Unterlagen, Spezifikationen und Ausführungspläne
  • Du wählst Lieferanten und Dienstleister aus, führst Vertragsverhandlungen und koordinierst entsprechende Prozesse
  • Du planst, steuerst und überwachst Termine, Budget und Qualität, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und leitest passende Gegenmaßnahmen ein
  • Herausforderungen auf der Baustelle? Kein Problem – Du packst mit an und bringst Projekte sicher ans Ziel
  • Du begleitest die technische Abnahme der Anlagen und unterstützt bei der Inbetriebnahme vor Ort


DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen. Maschinenbau oder im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bau- oder Projektmanagement mit
  • Du überzeugst durch Entscheidungsstärke, Verhandlungssicherheit und starke Kommunikation
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, qualitäts- und sicherheitsbewusst und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, denkst lösungsorientiert und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität
