In der Rolle als "Team Lead Strategic Procurement (m/w/d)" sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung eines kleinen internationalen Teams im Bereich der strategischen Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und Banknotenbearbeitungssystemen. Sie stellen ein hochwertiges Lieferantenmanagement sicher, wobei Sie Kosten-, Leistungs- und Risikofaktoren berücksichtigen.
Ihre Aufgaben:Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen, interkulturellen Teams für die strategische Beschaffung von C-Segment-Systemen und Dienstleistungen DritterMitgestaltung und Umsetzung der globalen Beschaffungsstrategie für Dienstleistungen Dritter und das C-SegmentAufbereitung und Analyse von Daten sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen für regelmäßige Berichte an das Management und StakeholderImplementierung und Durchführung geeigneter Key-Account-Management-Strategien mit Partnern, Lieferanten und DienstleisternSicherstellung einer stabilen Lieferkette und einer optimalen Preisbasis mit unseren LieferantenVerhandlung bestehender und neuer Beschaffungsrahmenverträge und Richtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Rechtsexperten unter Nutzung bestehender Portale zur LieferantenentwicklungPflege starker Lieferantenbeziehungen zu strategisch wichtigen OEM- und EMS-Lieferanten, einschließlich RisikomanagementBewertung von Marktsituationen, Nutzung analoger und digitaler Netzwerke sowie Erschließung neuer Ansätze für die strategische Weiterentwicklung Ihres VerantwortungsbereichsIhr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare AusbildungMehrjährige Erfahrung in einer globalen Organisation für strategische Beschaffung mit relevanter Fach- und Methodenkompetenz; idealerweise Beschaffungserfahrung im asiatischen Markt (z. B. China, Indien, Japan); gelegentliche Reisen zu unseren Lieferanten sind erforderlichErste Erfahrung in der internationalen Teamführung sowie Führungs- und Methodenkompetenz zur Steuerung eines interkulturellen NetzwerksSehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung mit relevanten Beschaffungstools wie iValua; SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswertAusgeprägte analytische Denkweise und ganzheitlicher, prozessorientierter AnsatzSicheres Auftreten kombiniert mit einem empathischen und diplomatischen VorgehenExzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
