Senior Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What we look for:You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation processes (planning, implementation, training, and maintenance) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our clients.You develop and implement target group-specific and data-driven CRM marketing campaigns along the customer journey in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with other experts in our team.You create lead loyalty programmes and retention strategies as well as nurturing and lead scoring concepts for various clients.You drive marketing automation for our clients by developing their Marketing Cloud through Email Studio, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, Datorama, Einstein, Interaction Studio, Mobile Studio and Data Studio.You occasionally travel to our clients and attend offsite events (e.g. Salesforce events).What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA are a plus).You have at least 3 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, and Journey Builder (Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus).You take ownership of your work and your personal development. You are willing to take on new projects and grow every day. You are an absolute team player with a hands-on mentality combined with a structured, proactive, and data-driven approach.You are fluent in English and German.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
