GaAs Epitaxy R&D Expert

Job responsibilities:

  1. Undertake the epitaxial research and development as well as process development of red-light material MicroLEDs such as GaAs, InP, InGaAs and InGaP.

  2. Responsible for evaluation and development of GaAs Epitaxy technology.

  3. Work closely with process team to help them optimize the epi growth flow.

Job requirements:

  1. Master's degree or higher in optoelectronics, semiconductor-related majors; a PhD degree is preferred.
  2. Have extensive experience in epitaxial R&D of red-light materials such as GaAs, InP, InGaAs, and InGaP.
  3. Familiar with epitaxy recipes and epitaxy structure design. Familiar with microLED epitaxy R&D, especially used in product of AR glasses. Familiar with chip process is preferred.
  4. Have good knowledge of the whole flow process and machine condition of HB bonding is preferred.
  5. Have at least 10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, including no less than 3 years of experience in epitaxial R&D of the aforementioned red-light materials (e.g., GaAs). Those with a PhD degree and directly relevant majors, or those with R&D experience in top companies of the industry may have the requirements appropriately relaxed.
  6. English as working language. Understanding Chinese is even better but not a must.
  7. Frequently travel to China and work with local team members.
