Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Während der Ausbildung hast Du die Möglichkeit, die in der Berufsschule vermittelten theoretischen Kenntnisse im Unternehmensalltag umzusetzen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du fertigst mittels spannender Verfahren Präzisionsbauteile aus Messing, die als Einzelteile in Armaturen eingebaut werden, z. B. Einsatzstücke, Verschlussschrauben, Gewindenippel, Überwurfmuttern etc.
  • Du lernst Dreh-, Fräs- und Schleifmaschinen einzurichten und die hierfür benötigten CNC-Maschinenprogramme zu schreiben und zu optimieren
  • Immer wieder prüfst Du, ob Maße sowie Form- und Lagetoleranzen den Qualitätsvorgaben entsprechen
  • Du übernimmst Wartungs- und Inspektionsaufgaben an den Maschinen und überprüfst mechanische Bauteile
