We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketing / Growth Manager to join our team and help lead our growth efforts.

You're ambitious, fast and have experience building and owning a full GTM strategy. You love the autonomy and are keen to build, own and deliver exponential growth in DACH and later expand into the rest of Europe/US. You will find creative ways for growth and like to run data-driven experiments.

You will be a core part of shaping PULT's growth efforts, working hand in hand with our founders, sales and design teams. This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing startup in one of the hottest markets.

Tasks

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Take full ownership of our
    top-funnel activities
    : from
    email marketing
    to
    website and SEA
    , driving continuous optimization and innovation

  • Build and optimize outbound sequences with the best tools on the market
    and experiment with new strategies

  • Explore and leverage the
    latest AI tools
    to improve efficiency and growth

  • Lead
    channel testing
    to expand our reach and unlock new growth opportunities

  • Work closely with
    business development and sales
    to achieve ARR growth targets

  • Measure, quantify, and report
    on campaign and strategy performance

  • Develop
    positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies
    and successfully launch new products to market

  • Collaborate directly with our
    founders
    and play an active role in building the team

  • Make sure
    PULT stands out loudly and clearly in the market

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in
    demand generation, online marketing, or growth
    , ideally in a
    B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong skills in
    content creation and storytelling
    – you know how to craft email campaigns that grab attention and drive action

  • Hands-on experience with
    HubSpot (CRM), Clay
    ,

    or similar tools

  • Proven ability to
    set up and automate outreach sequences

  • Thrive in a
    fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
    : entrepreneurial, fast learner, and resourceful

  • Excellent
    organizational, project management, and prioritization skills

  • Strong communication skills – written, visual, and verbal

  • Fluent in German
    and English
