Your challenge:As a (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager (d/f/m) at Taxfix, you will be in charge for the execution of high-impact influencer campaigns across the Taxfix and Steuerbot brands. You'll also be responsible for managing external creators and agencies while building a scalable creator pipeline across multiple markets. A key part of the role involves improving our reporting systems and driving efficiency by automating core processes.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of influencer marketing at one of Europe's leading fintech companies. You'll lead innovation by integrating AI tools, automating key processes, and creating a test-and-learn culture. Your work will have direct impact on acquisition performance and brand growth across multiple markets. It's a high-impact, cross-functional role with both strategic and creative freedom.
Establish solid campaign performances in ca. 6 high-performing influencer campaigns annually across Taxfix and Steuerbot.
Coordinate agencies and relationship management - Manage external creators and agencies and build sustainable relationships.
Build and scale a creator pipeline - develop a scalable sourcing and outreach process across markets.
Integrate AI-powered tools into Influencer DNA (e.g., for content analysis, performance forecasting, outreach personalisation).
Automate key influencer marketing processes - Identify and automate repetitive tasks such as outreach workflows, reporting, and brief generation.
Your Profile:
3–5 years of experience with creator campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Skilled in fee negotiations and handling legal aspects.
Ability to create precise creator briefs and review content in line with brand guidelines.
Experienced in tracking setups and interpreting performance dashboards.
Business fluent in both German and English.
Ideally, you have existing relationships with creators, managements, and/or agencies.
Experience with social listening tools or creator databases (e.g., Kolsquare, Storyclash) is a plus.
