Creative Project Manager

We are a beauty start up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is composed of over one hundred and twenty brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda's story actively.

• Bring structure and clarity to our internal creative studio as the main coordination point for all creative work

• Plan and manage timelines for campaigns, shoots, packaging, social content, digital assets and retail deliverables

• Run weekly planning with the Head of Creative Studio and help prioritise workload for the designers and content team

• Manage all incoming creative requests, ensure briefs are complete and assign the work to the right people

• Build and maintain a clean workflow so projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery

• Keep track of dependencies, approvals and deadlines across teams including brand, product, e commerce, retail and performance

• Prepare asset lists, shot lists and handover documentation for shoots and production

• Own stakeholder communication and make sure everyone knows what is happening and when

• Keep our tools updated and tidy such as Asana, Airtable or Notion

• Protect the team's focus time by reducing chaos, last minute surprises and unclear requests

• Experience in creative project management or creative operations within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or agency environments

• Deep love for organisation, structure and working in a clear and methodical way

• Confident coordinating many moving pieces and staying calm under pressure

• Great communicator who can give clear instructions, follow up and reset expectations when needed

• Understands the creative process and how design, content and production work together

• Comfortable owning timelines, priorities and delivery while collaborating closely with creative leads

• Skilled in tools such as Asana, Airtable, Notion, Jira, Figma or Adobe

• Positive team player who enjoys helping creatives do their best work

• A creative team that runs smoothly with predictable timelines and clear ownership

• Designers and content creators spending more time creating and less time chasing context

• Clean, reliable workflows that reduce chaos and support the level of output we need as we scale

• Stakeholders who trust the process and know what to expect
