Für unseren Berliner Standort der Interventional Vascular Therapies der Sparte Aesculap suchen wir im Bereich Quality zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Quality Manager Audit & Improvement M. (w/m/d). Die Position ist in Vollzeit und unbefristet zu besetzen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Auditmanagements und Verbesserungsmanagements
  • Koordination, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen und CAPA-Verantwortlichen bei Ursachenfindung, Maßnahmendefinition und Lösungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen der ständigen Verbesserung
  • Betreuung, Organisation und Koordination von internen und externen Audits, sowie Third Party Audits

Planung und Koordination von Lieferantenaudits
- Koordination von Änderungsanträgen für system- und produktbezogene Änderungen
- Management von QM-Dokumenten und -Prozessen im Themengebiet und im internen Dokumentensystem
- Unterstützung bei der Etablierung von regulatorischen Anforderungen im QM-System
- Mitwirkung bei der konzeptionellen Umgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von QM-Prozessen im Themengebiet

Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Mitarbeiterschulungen im Themengebiet

Fachliche Kompetenzen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung in Audittätigkeiten, CAPA und Änderungsmanagement sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Regularien und Normen für Medizinprodukte
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Trackwise
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
