Founders Associate – Intern

Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate to work closely with our management team during a 6 month full-time internship. This role will be handling a dynamic mix between strategic and operational topics. The main tasks are:

Fundraising & Investor Relations

·      Assist in preparing investor materials, pitch decks, and financial models.

·      Support ongoing communication with current and potential investors.

·      Conduct research on funding opportunities and investment trends relevant to the business.

Operational & Strategic Support

·      Collaborate closely with the management team on daily operational and strategic priorities.

·      Take ownership of special projects that drive efficiency, scalability, or innovation across the organization.

·      Support cross-functional coordination between departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Your Background

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field with a strong academic record.

·      Experience in the off-road vehicle sector, management consulting, a technology company, or venture capital.

·      Strong affinity for technology and innovation.

·      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

·      Eagerness to deep-dive into new challenges and learn rapidly.

·      Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.

·      Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
