How you will create an impact :

• Collect project updates (status, start/end dates, progress, risks) from IT Project Managers.
• Manage and prepare Excel-based reports and pivot tables as well as PowerPoint presentations for IT project and demand overviews.
• Assist in building dashboards (starting with Excel/PowerPoint, later transitioning to Power BI, and ServiceNow).
• Create and maintain management reports and slide decks for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct research and develop PMO templates (e.g., communication management, stakeholder management, project kickoff, and progress reporting).
• Support the development of an IT PMO repository and template library for project managers.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and support tasks as needed.

What are we looking for :

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's (mid-studies) or Master's (early semesters) program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for reporting and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint; first experience with Power BI, or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Proactive, independent, and structured working style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (a must); German is desirable.
• Availability to work at least one day per week in the Regensburg office.
