Team Lead Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Here's what you can look forward to:

As Team Lead Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy and our operational marketing for the German market. You will lead a small team and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications to drive impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Team Lead Brand & Marketing Communications, you will have significant influence on marketing decisions and budget allocation.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

  • Lead and Collaborate: You lead a team of Marketing Managers (disciplinary and functional), fostering collaboration within your team and across departments.
  • Plan and Manage: You coordinate annual marketing planning for Germany, define objectives and KPIs, and manage a marketing budget, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Drive Campaigns: You take operational ownership of marketing initiatives that support sales growth and customer retention, planning and evaluating campaigns to reduce churn.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: You ensure consistent brand communication across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Innovate with AI: You introduce and integrate AI tools and workflows to enhance marketing productivity, automation, and campaign performance.

What helps you to fulfill this role:

  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Solid marketing background with a track record of creating impact.
  • Expertise: Proven experience in operational marketing (online and offline) as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budget management.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with AI-based marketing tools and driving adoption of AI-enabled processes.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
