Nayax DACH is looking for a Financial Billing Coordinator to join the Finance Billing team, which is responsible for addressing billing inquiries and activities for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage the monthly payments for clients.
• Summarize receivable balances, verify totals, and prepare reports.
• Execute billing tasks, generate invoices and credit memos in accordance with customer agreements.
• Be the contact-person for all customer questions/ with billing and invoices via emails.
• The team manages a large number of customers, with each coordinator handling billing for their own country.
• Ensures all data and commission calculations are correct.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Manage financial data to discover outstanding invoices.
• Responsibility for client success under your region.

Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Up to 2 years experience in the finance department as a billing coordinator
• Fluent English and other languages are an advantage
• Excel skills: Advanced level – VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIF
• Strong attention to detail, specifically related to numbers
• Previous experience as a bookkeeper
• Knowledge of NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce - an advantage
