What you'll build
In this role, you'll support Customer Success Managers and Client Marketing Managers with daily activities, meeting preparation, research, documentation, and presentation creationYou'll help organize and deliver customer events (e.g., Client Roundtables, User Groups) and manage CRM data to ensure accuracyYou'll assist in post-event and post-campaign follow-up, including lead generation and customer communicationYou'll collaborate with the Client Marketing team on customer-facing materials and contribute to cross-functional process-improvement projectsWhat You'll Deliver:

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Fluent in German and English, both written and spokenCurrently enrolled as a student (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field)Strong interest in SaaS solutions, Cloud Software and technology trends like AIStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with customersAnalytical mindset and interest in data-driven workProactive, reliable, and well-organized working styleEnjoyment of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAt least one year cooperationOffice location: Eschborn/Germany – minimum of 2 office days/week requiredLocation: max 100 km from EschbornWhere you belong

Growth Opportunities:

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
