The office in Frankfurt is in a period of sustained growth and with a very positive portfolio of projects and increasing pipeline. The Country Manager and Technical Director now require an experienced Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to support the delivery of client projects, continue to build exceptional client relationships and support the growth of the Germany region projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary MEP design teams across international projects.
  • Manage the full design process, from capturing briefs to delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Collaborate with expert clients in a highly interactive design environment.
  • Advise and guide the project on matters like permitting and other local compliance mandates.
  • Oversee project P&L, financial performance, and risk management.
  • Drive business growth initiatives.

Design Managers from other building sectors are welcome to apply but you must be able to demonstrate good knowledge of MEP / TGA / Building Services, HOIA stages, best practice project / programme management and good levels of communication in German and English.
