Deine Aufgaben:

  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der
    Geschäftsleitung
    – du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem C-Level an
    strategischen Themen
    und unterstützt im Daily Business.
  • Projektmanagement & Umsetzung
    – du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte, z. B. in den Bereichen Einkauf, Operations, Marketing oder Produktentwicklung.
  • Analysen & Entscheidungsgrundlagen
    – du bereitest Kennzahlen, Reports und Präsentationen auf, um damit in direkte Gespräche mit Lieferanten und Partner zu gehen oder interne Entscheidungen zu beeinflussen.
  • Kommunikation & Koordination
    – du bist Bindeglied zwischen Teams, Franchisepartner*innen und externen Dienstleistern.
  • Organisation & Prozessoptimierung
    – du identifizierst Engpässe und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen, die unser Wachstum effizienter machen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Startup-, Beratungs- oder Projektumfeld – oder einfach Lust, dich in neue Themen schnell und eigenständig einzuarbeiten.
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, egal in welchem Bereich.
  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du kannst komplexe Themen in konkrete To-Dos übersetzen.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative – du packst an, statt nur zu planen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent – du hältst Fäden zusammen und bleibst auch in stressigen Phasen fokussiert.
