Job Description

As a Lead Consultant in Network/Wireless at Infosys, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex network infrastructures. Your responsibilities include managing SD-WAN, data center networks, and wireless solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to ITIL processes, and drive service improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality network solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and implementation of advanced network solutions.
  • Manage SD-WAN, ACI, EVPN VXLAN, and wireless technologies.
  • Oversee network performance monitoring and optimization efforts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and capacity planning.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage escalations effectively.
Skill & Experience
  • Expertise in SD-WAN, ACI, EVPN VXLAN, wireless technologies.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring tools like Spectrum, SolarWinds.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Problem.
  • Experience in leading network transition and optimization projects.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
