Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in für unseren Standort in Krefeld suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Operational Fleet Manager (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du planst und koordinierst präventive und korrektive Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen nach ECM II
  • Du überwachst und pflegst die Fahrzeughistorie im CMMS-System
  • Du stimmst Dich mit unseren Kunden zu Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen ab und nimmst an Regelterminen mit dem Vertrieb teil
  • Du analysierst Störmeldungen aus Hotline, Kundenfeedback und Technikerberichten und leitest passende Maßnahmen ab
  • Du prüfst und archivierst Prüfprotokolle und Reparaturberichte im CMMS-System
  • Du entscheidest über das Aussetzen und die Wiederinbetriebnahme von Fahrzeugen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Materialmanagement zusammen, um Ersatzteile und Komponenten zu koordinieren
  • Du beauftragst externe Dienstleistungen, kontrollierst deren Ausführung und prüfst die Rechnungen
  • Du erstellst Angebote für Zusatzleistungen
  • Du erfasst und pflegst betriebliche KPIs wie Verfügbarkeit und Störungsstatistiken
  • Du unterstützt bei Zuverlässigkeitsanalysen und im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Du erkennst Versicherungsfälle und erstellst entsprechende Unfallberichte
  • Du organisierst und planst Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen gemäß EU-Verordnung 779/2019

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Metallhandwerk, Lokführer:in), ein technisches Studium (Bachelor/Master) oder bist staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in oder Industriemeister:in
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung und im Instandhaltungsmanagement mit
  • Du kennst die ECM-Richtlinie (EU-Verordnung 779/2019) und verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse zu Schienenfahrzeugen, Baugruppen und Komponenten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2); weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig, denkst wirtschaftlich und analytisch
  • Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und gut organisiert – und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick
