Als (Senior) Production Manager (all genders) bei der ParshipMeet Group übernimmst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unsere Markenstrategie für eharmony, Parship und ElitePartner in wirkungsvolle, hochwertige Kampagnen zu übersetzen. Du verantwortest alle Bereiche der Kampagnenproduktion - von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung - und stellst sicher, dass unsere Marken über alle Kanäle und Märkte hinweg konsistent und kreativ zum Leben erweckt werden. Für unseren Hauptsitz in Hamburg oder unserem Office in Dresden oder Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Senior) Production Manager (all genders) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. 

Du kannst uns auch in Teilzeit (mindestens 32 Stunden pro Woche) unterstützen.

Was du unbedingt mitbringst
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kampagnenproduktion oder im Brand Management, idealerweise in einem Multi-Markt- oder internationalen Umfeld.
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Management integrierter Produktionen über verschiedene Medienformate hinweg, insbesondere auf digitalen Kanälen wie Meta, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Starkes Verständnis für Markenstrategie, kreative Prozesse und Produktionsabläufe.
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere komplexe Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern.
  • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Skills mit Fokus auf Teambefähigung, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
  • Erfahrung mit AI-Produktionen.
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Controlling.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Was du idealerweise mitbringst
  •  Agenturerfahrung oder frühere Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativ- und Produktionsagenturen von Vorteil.
 Was dich erwartet 
  • Kampagnenproduktion: End-to-End-Management von 360°-Kampagnenproduktionen (TV, OOH, Audio, mit Schwerpunkt auf digitalen Kampagnen) sowie Koordination externer Agenturen und Produktionspartner.
  • Prozess- & Ressourcenmanagement:
    Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Produktions- und Prozessstrategien, einschließlich Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung – sowohl mit externen Partnern als auch mit unserem internen Kreativteam.
  • Innovation & Projekte: Planung, Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung von Sonder-, Partnerschafts- und Innovationsprojekten innerhalb von Brand & Communications.
  • Content- & Qualitätsverantwortung:
    Überwachung von Markeninhalten, Nutzungsrechten sowie Sicherstellung von Marken- und Produktionsqualitätsstandards. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Growth-Marketing-Team zur Sammlung von Performance-Learnings und um die kreative Arbeit auf das nächste Level zu heben.
  • Kollaboration & Stakeholder-Management:
    Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen (Brand- & Content-Manager, Kreativteam) sowie externen Partnern, um eine effiziente, bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.
  • Budget- & kommerzielle Verantwortung:
    Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasting, Controlling und alle kommerziellen Prozesse innerhalb von Brand & Communications.
