We want our guests to feel completely at ease from the moment they enter our hotel — and that starts with spotless public spaces. Whether it's the lobby, corridors, meeting areas, or restrooms, you ensure that every area shines and feels inviting. With great attention to detail and pride in your work, you help create an atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy their stay to the fullest.

What your responsibilities are...

• You are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, staircases, elevators, meeting spaces, etc.)
• You ensure that these areas are always tidy, well-presented, and welcoming for guests
• You refill and maintain public area supplies (e.g. restrooms, sanitizer stations, etc.)
• You handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with hotel standards
• You report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the technical or housekeeping team promptly
• You support your colleagues in other housekeeping tasks as required

• Ideally, you already have experience in cleaning or hospitality
• You take pride in delivering excellent quality and maintaining high cleanliness standards
• You are reliable, professional, and enjoy working as part of a team
• You have a friendly and positive attitude that helps make guests feel welcome
• You hold a valid work permit for Germany/EU
