Corporate Legal & Compliance ist als zentrale Corporate-Funktion verankert und trägt die Verantwortung für die rechtliche und Compliance-Steuerung, einschließlich der Trade-Compliance- und Datenschutz-Themen innerhalb der WITTENSTEIN gruppe.

Trade Compliance & Zoll

  • Sicherstellung der gruppenweiten Trade Compliance (Außenwirtschaft–Exportkontrolle und Zoll) unter Einhaltung der EU-, BAFA- sowie US-(Re-)Exportkontrollvorgaben
  • Prüfung und Klassifizierung von Gütern nach Zolltarifnummern und Exportkontrollrecht (Dual-Use, Ausfuhrliste)
  • Entwicklung und Anwendung von Red-Flag-Kriterien sowie Überwachung von Sanktionen, Sanktionslisten, Embargos und Endverwendungsprüfungen
  • Sicherstellung und Koordination erforderlicher Zertifizierungen, Genehmigungen, Zulassungen und Bewilligungen
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Status "Bekannter Versender"
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche zu internationalen Exportkontroll- und Zollthemen, insbesondere mit Bezug zu den USA
  • Konzernweite fachliche Steuerung der Export- und Zollbeauftragten der verbundeneren Unternehmen sowie zentrale Ansprechpartner für Behörden und interne Fachbereiche

Koordination Datenschutz (Corporate)

  • Konzernweite Koordination des Datenschutzmanagements in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Datenschutzbeauftragten

  • Koordination der Datenschutzkoordinatoren in den verbundenen Unternehmen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften o. Ä.

  • Berufserfahrung im Trade-Compliance-, Exportkontroll- oder Zollumfeld, idealerweise im internationalen Industrieumfeld
  • Verständnis für komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen (EU/BAFA/US)
  • Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht (DSGVO) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Behörden, Audits und Zertifizierungen
  • Strukturierte, prozessorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
