Responsibility:

  • Collaboration: Partner with experienced business and management teams to clarify and define requirements.
  • Data Management: Manage data preprocessing, modeling, ensuring data-driven insights, and maintaining secure data environments.
  • Reporting: Design and maintain reporting systems, including tools like Power BI and Tableau for enhanced visualization.
  • Document Control: Organize project documentation, update business requirements in real-time, and improve data and dashboard quality.
  • Inter-cultural Communication: Facilitate communication in both Chinese and English, bridging the gap between global teams.

Requirements
:

  • 2 years of relevant experience with a focus on business analysis and data-driven decision support.
  • Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Expertise: good understanding of ERP and BI principles, with hands-on experience in BI tool implementation.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
