Your role and responsibilities
- Converting SAP requirements from the plants into purchase orders
- Forwarding purchase orders to suppliers
- Tracking order confirmations and maintaining order records in the SAP system
- Monitoring open purchase orders and ensuring compliance with delivery schedules
- Coordinating between plant and supplier when order and delivery dates differ, if required
- Updating and maintaining data for regular internal reports
- Student in the fields of business administration, engineering or similar
- Fundamental understanding of business administration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong initiative and analytical skills for complex issues, combined with a collaborative mindset
- Fluent German and English skills
- Availability to work four days per week is desirable
