IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Produkt-Portfolio-Management einschließlich Lifecycle-Management und Sortiments- bereinigung für Instrumenten und Fallwagensystem RFID Tracking Software
  • Erstellung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen im Bereich digitale Prozess- Lösungen im Krankenhaus
  • Identifikation und Assessment von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen in enger Zusammen arbeit mit Krankenhäusern, OP-Abteilungen und Sterilgut Versorgungen
  • Initialisierung und Durchführung marktgerechter Neuprodukt- und Service-Projekte: Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Unterstützung resultierender Neuprodukt- Projekte einschließlich Begleitung mit Lasten- und Pflichtenheft
  • Entwicklung von Preis- und Positionierungsanalysen und Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Partnern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von produktspezifischen Unterlagen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Vertrieb, Kund:innen und Partner:innen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kundengesprächen, Messen und Ausschreibungen

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft ca. 30% – 40%
