Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Analyse, Kontrolle und Umsetzung der Vertriebs-Absatzplanung für den individuell definierten Produktbereich im Bestands- und Planungstool.

Über die Rolle

Sie sind verantwortlich für das Supply Planning (Planung, Prüfung, Kontrolle und kontinuierliches Tracking der Bestände und Bedarfe) anhand der Bestellvorschläge im Bestands- und Planungstool.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie berechnen und setzen die kostenoptimale Bestellmenge im Hinblick auf MHD und Vernichtungsrisiko sowie zur Vermeidung von stock-outs und Überbeständen um.
  • Sie stellen eine akkurate und stets gepflegte Stammdatenlandschaft sicher (u.a. MOQ, Bestellzeiten, Sicherheitsbestände, Mindesthaltbarkeiten, ABC-Klassifizierung).
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Pflege und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung eines Supply Chain Management-Reportings (u.a. Bestände, Reichweiten, stock-out results und risks, OTIF).

Qualifikationen

  • Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt bzw. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Sie haben Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Logistik, Einkauf, SCM oder mit Produktionsabläufen gesammelt.
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
  • Sie sind sicher und routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise auch mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem und weiteren IT-Tools.
  • Sie bringen außerdem analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität mit.
  • Sie sind bereit zu monatlichen Dienstreisen an den Firmenstandort, Unterkunft wird gestellt.
