Dein Aufgabengebiet als Quality Excellence Coordinator (m/w/d):

  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards und -prozessen, um die Produktqualität sicherzustellen
  • Koordination und Leitung von Qualitätsprojekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Prozesse
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung und anderen Fachbereichen, um Qualitätsziele zu erreichen
  • Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter
  • Förderung einer Qualitätskultur im Unternehmen durch proaktives Engagement und Innovation

Was bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. technische Berufsausbildung kombiniert mit Erfahrung und/oder Weiterbildung im Bereich QM)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Verpackungs- oder Produktionsbranche
  • Grundlagen in Qualitätsmethoden (z.B. Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Motivation, gemeinsam mit uns Innovationen voranzutreiben
  • Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld schnell zu agieren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel und Word, sowie Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools
