Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung analoger und digitaler Schaltungen für elektrische Komponenten und Systeme für E-Bike Antriebe vom Konzept bis zur Serieneinführung

• Entwurf von Leiterplattenlayouts unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Bauraum, Produzierbarkeit und EMV

• Aufbereitung der Fertigungsdaten für die Leiterplattenproduktion und Fertigungsbegleitung

• Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Test von Prototypen

• Hardwarenahe Programmierung zur Erstellung von Testsoftware

• Systemauslegung von E-Bike Antriebssystemen (Motor, BMS/Akku, Sensorik)

• Betreuung der Peripherie (Kabelbaum, HMI, Remote und Display)

• Selbständiges Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von Prüfmethoden und -plänen im Rahmen der Entwicklungsprojekte sowohl für Hard- als auch für hardwarenahe Software mit dem Ziel der Produktindustrialisierung

• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit im Projektteam sowie Analyse und Planung von Arbeitspaketen in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Software- und Frontendentwicklern

• Potenzielles Interesse an einer Gruppenleitung

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, technische Informatik, Informationstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender beruflicher Praxis

• Erfahrungen im Bereich Entwicklung und Test von E-Bike Antriebssystemen und Leistungselektronik mit entsprechenden Schnittstellen, wie z.B. CAN 2.0

• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung elektronischer Hard- und Software zur Ansteuerung und Regelung von Antriebstechnik für E-Bike Systeme unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Standards (EMV, funktionale Sicherheit, DIN EN 15194)

• Sicherer Umgang mit EDA-Software Altium Designer, Schaltungssimulation (z.B. Spice), Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SolidWorks von Vorteil

• Exzellentes und anwendungsbereites Wissen zu Schaltungstechnik, Elektroniklayout, Antriebstechnik und Leistungselektronik

• Engagiert, durchsetzungsfähig, teamfähig, sicherer Umgang im interkulturellen Konzernumfeld

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Erfahrungen mit PDM-Systemen

• Beherrschen der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

We design, manufacture, and market cutting-edge e-bike drive systems and complete electric cargo bikes, combining engineering excellence with outstanding product reliability.

We're now looking for a driven Senior Engineer for Hardware Development to join our team and help us build the future of e-mobility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development of analog and digital circuits for electrical components and systems for e-bike drives, from concept to series production

• Design of PCB layouts with consideration of cost, space constraints, manufacturability, and EMC requirements

• Preparation of manufacturing data for PCB production and support during the manufacturing process

• Assembly, commissioning, and testing of prototypes

• Low-level programming for the creation of test software

• System design of e-bike drive systems (motor, BMS/battery, sensors)

• Support and development of peripheral components (cable harness, HMI, remote control, and display)

• Independent development and implementation of testing methods and plans within development projects, covering both hardware and embedded software, with the goal of product industrialization

• Autonomous work within the project team, including analysis and planning of work packages in close coordination and collaboration with software and frontend developers

• Potential interest in taking on a team leadership role

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer engineering, information technology, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

• Experience in the development and testing of e-bike drive systems and power electronics, including relevant interfaces such as CAN 2.0

• Expertise in developing electronic hardware and software for controlling and regulating drive technology in e-bike systems, in compliance with current standards (EMC, functional safety, DIN EN 15194)

• Proficient in using EDA software such as Altium Designer, circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE); experience with SolidWorks is a plus

• Excellent and practical knowledge in circuit design, electronics layout, drive technology, and power electronics

• Committed, assertive, team-oriented, and confident in working within an intercultural corporate environment

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with PDM systems

• Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
