What We're Looking For
We are seeking a self-driven, curious, and responsible team player to fuel Getsafe's growth strategy with actionable data-driven insights. If you have experience in data analytics for marketing or CRM, are proficient with data tools, and are excited about driving growth and seeing the impact of your work, Getsafe is calling your name. In this role, you will join the Getsafe Data team, directly influencing how Getsafe's mission reaches our half-million (and growing) users and beyond.

YOUR MISSION

• Provide the team with descriptive analytics, actionable insights and forecasting on marketing, CRM, and sales performance.
• Evolve KPIs methodologies, such as ROI, CAC, CLTV, CAC Payback time and more.
• Define customer segment groups and provide actionable insights based on segments for CRM and performance marketing purposes.
• Develop and roll out standardisation of our utm-based tracking.
• Define and maintain events dataflow to marketing destinations to fuel event-driven campaigns.
• Initiate, own and bring to conclusion growth-related analytics initiatives.
• Act as a data partner and a go-to expert on data questions for a range of cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, CRM, Sales, Engineers, Data Science and Leadership.
• Deliver and own data products, such as dashboards, reports, analytics research and data marts.
• Ensure data quality, oversee new tracking and reporting needs.
• Run A/B testing for CRM and Growth related user-facing UI and copy.
• Contribute to the decision making process and Getsafe's success from data analytics side.

About You

• Hands-on with a natural entrepreneurial mindset and a "go and find out" mentality.
• Familiar with terminology such as LTV, payback, attribution, and conversion funnels.
• You're a pro in SQL (Snowflake) and data visualisation tools (ThoughtSpot or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Python is a plus and some experience with data engineering with DBT is a strong advantage.
• Quick to adopt new AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and foster creative problem-solving.
• Adept at experimentation and "what-if" analyses.
• Know how to present your analysis and back up your suggestions to stakeholders.
• Have a sharp eye for details and don't shy away from cross-checking numbers.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
