Solartag is a Danish company, that has reinvented how solar power becomes part of a building.

Instead of putting panels 
on
 the roof, we 
are
 the roof — a seamless slate-inspired design with integrated hidden solar cells. No glare, no compromise, just a matte black aesthetic roof that makes architects, homeowners and neighbours smile.

Our products are tested and certified by leading European institutes — including TÜV Rheinland — ensuring reliability, safety and performance at a premium industry standard.

The role:

Grow Solartag in Germany from day one

We're looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial Growth Manager who will be the very first step in our German expansion. This is a "develop and do" role.

You will:

  • Establish our German subsidiary (GmbH)
  • Bring Solartag into the German roofing and solar ecosystem
  • Execute our joint go-to-market strategy with your colleagues in Denmark
  • Build, nurture and activate sales channels
  • Collaborate with installers, architects and distributors
  • Focus on Northern Germany (Phase 1)
  • Be the local face of a brand where aesthetics meets renewable energy

Who we imagine you are (not exhaustive):

  • Live in Hamburg or northern Germany
  • Have knowledge or work experience in the roofing, construction and/or PV industry
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and love creating momentum
  • Enjoy working closely with a skilled HQ team while owning your "own market"
  • Are fluent in English and German (Danish is obviously a bonus )
  • Independent and self-driven

Most importantly: you bring drive. The "let's-get-this-done" type of energy.
