Your Tasks:
- Support and further development of our SAP HCM system with a special focus on the payroll and time management modules. Together with colleagues from IT, you will have the main responsibility for implementations and optimizations around these modules.
- Technical conception and further development of data and process configurations to increase the efficiency and accuracy of our HR processes and to meet all legal and internal requirements.
- Analysis and documentation of human resources requirements for the digitalization of HR processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving as well as planning, implementation and support of system tests up to technical acceptance by key users. You ensure that all systems function smoothly and meet the highest quality standards.
- Competent contact person and coach for the HR area. You support and train the HR team in the use of the SAP HCM systems and are available as an expert to answer any questions.
- Successfully completed studies or vocational training in the field of business informatics, business administration or a related field.
- Several years of experience in supporting and implementing SAP HCM systems, especially in the areas of payroll and time management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and relevant legal requirements to ensure that all solutions are compliant and efficient.
- Analytical skills and experience in requirements and stakeholder management to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Confident communication in German and English (min. C1 level) in order to interact effectively with colleagues at international locations.
- Experience in project work and with project methods such as SCRUM or Kanban in order to plan and implement projects efficiently.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and innovative strength to proactively identify new solutions and improvements.
- Proactivity and the ability to deal with conflict in order to master challenges independently and find solutions.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation to ensure excellent collaboration with internal and external partners.
