Ihre Aufgaben

Als Contract und Claim Manager (m/w/d) begleiten Sie die wichtigsten Verträge Ihrer Projekte vom Anfang bis zum Ende des Projektzyklus und managen alle Vertragsstörungen und Vertragsanpassungen.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung und Optimierung von Dienstleistungsverträgen
  • Effektives Handling von Claims und Nachträgen während des Vertragszyklus
  • Kommerzielle Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen und -abschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen und Fristen
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Vertragsmanagementprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d), Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement und Claim Management werthaltiger Verträge oder Anlageneinkauf in Großprojekten
  • Zwingend erforderliche Erfahrung in der Energiebranche
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz, gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
