Your Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of Human Resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization. You will serve as the central point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, offering support and guidance to employees and management. Your role will encompass recruiting new talent, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that HR documentation, such as employment contracts, promotions, and terminations, is created and maintained accurately.
Key tasks and responsibilities: Independent creation and management of all HR documents (employment contracts, renewals, promotions, references, Visa, resignations, etc.)Central point of contact for employees' questions on HR topicsPayroll-preparation and contact person for the external payroll officeImplementation and support of on- and off-boarding processesDiverse HR project managementCommunication of HR practices and processesMaintenance and updating of HR data in our HRMS PersonioHR controllingAdvise and guide leadership on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational developmentFoster a positive work environment and work closely with leadership to improve employee retention and satisfactionWorkplace is Potsdam, on site
Your profile
Commercial training or completed university studies in a relevant subject (legal/hr management) or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in an HR function Accurate, structured, independent and reliable way of workingVery good German as well as very good written and spoken English skills are mandatoryVery good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability and motivation to work in an international, dynamic environmentStrong service orientation and hands-on mentality Experience with international teams and own international experience desirable
