Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Retail Sales Consultant role located in Dusseldorf. The Retail Sales Consultant will engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service and personalized styling advice. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, offering expert product recommendations, managing merchandise displays, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will contribute to the brand's image by upholding Luisa Spagnoli's standards of quality and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales, with a focus on reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Expertise in delivering outstanding Customer Experience and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and enhance brand loyalty
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus
  • Passion for fashion and familiarity with Italian style and craftsmanship
