Als Senior Founding Software Engineer arbeitest du eng mit den Gründern zusammen und übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Architektur, Implementierung und Skalierung unserer Produkte.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End KI-Entwicklung: Konzeption, Implementierung und Deployment zentraler KI-Systeme, die unser Produkt antreiben.
  • Technische Verantwortung: Gestaltung der technischen Architektur sowie Treffen wichtiger Entscheidungen zu Infrastruktur, Frameworks und Tools.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern: Enge Abstimmung mit dem Gründerteam, um technische Prioritäten mit Produkt- und Geschäftsstrategie zu verbinden.
  • Skalierbarkeit & Zuverlässigkeit: Sicherstellen, dass Systeme in einer Multi-Tenant-SaaS-Umgebung skalierbar, compliant und performant sind.
Qualifikation

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software in Production (Idealerweise Python, TypeScript, , Postgres, Docker, Azure).
  • Expertise im Bereich KI-Engineering (z. B. Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Data Pipelines).
  • Erfahrung mit cloud-nativer Entwicklung und Architektur.
  • Fähigkeit, Architekturen zu entwerfen und komplexen Code in Produktion zu bringen.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Dinge von 0 → 1 zu bringen und pragmatische Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Mindestens B2 Deutschkenntnisse.

  • Kundenorientierung: Schnelles Iterieren und Gespür für Kundengespräche.
  • Erfahrung mit VoiceAI bzw. VoiceAI Agents.
  • GovTech Erfahrung (Startup oder Konzern).
