Aufgaben

  • Du berätst Banken und Finanzdienstleister bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung des cloudbasierten Kernbanksystems Mambu und begleitest strategische Transformations- und Modernisierungsprojekte.
  • Dabei analysierst du fachliche Anforderungen im Core Banking und überführst sie in tragfähige technische Designs innerhalb der Mambu-Plattform.
  • Du unterstützt bei Systemharmonisierung, Datenmigration und Cloud-Architektur-Themen, um fachliche und technische Anforderungen optimal zusammenzuführen und effizient in bestehende Prozesse zu integrieren.
  • Du begleitest die Umsetzung über den gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg – von Konzeption und Implementierung über Testing bis hin zur Qualitätssicherung – in enger, agiler und kollaborativer Zusammenarbeit mit Business und IT.
  • Die Identifizierung der Effizienz- und Automatisierungspotenziale im Banking und Entwicklung der modernen Prozess- und Systemlösungen auf Basis digitaler Plattformlogiken gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen wie FIDA, MiCAR, Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD oder EBA-Guidelines und integrierst diese effizient in Mambu-Prozesse und Schnittstellen.
  • Zudem führst du Workshops, Demos und Anwenderschulungen durch und stellst einen sicheren und nachhaltigen Übergang neuer Lösungen in den operativen Betrieb sicher.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare bankfachliche Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Mambu, idealerweise aus Implementierungs-, Integrations- oder Transformationsprojekten.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Core Banking, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kunde, Konto, Kredit oder Zahlungsverkehr.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für API-first-, Cloud- und Microservices-Architekturen sowie für Integrationsansätze rund um Mambu (z. B. Middleware, BPM-Systeme, Orchestrierung).
  • Expertise in aktuellen regulatorischen Themen wie FIDA, MiCAR, Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD oder EBA-Guidelines.
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT.
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein souveränes Auftreten.
