Das sind Deine Aufgaben

Als Treasury Analyst (w/m/d) verstärkst Du unser ALM-Team (Asset Liability Management) mit Deiner Expertise und hast Freude daran, den Wandel voranzutreiben. Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen:

• Du unterstützt uns bei der Steuerung, Überwachung und Abstimmung der Aktiva und Passiva sowie bei Zinsänderungsrisiken zur Sicherung der Liquidität, Profitabilität und Optimierung von Risiken.

• Du optimierst kurzfristige Finanzdispositionen des Unternehmens, um sicherzustellen, dass genügend liquide Mittel verfügbar sind, aber auch um überschüssige Liquidität sinnvoll anzulegen.

• Du maximierst die Effizienz des Kapitaleinsatzes durch die Verwaltung des Umlaufvermögens und der kurzfristigen Verbindlichkeiten (Working Capital Management).

• Du identifizierst geeignete Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten und führst Kapitalbeschaffungsmaßnahmen durch – z. B. durch Kreditaufnahmen bei Drittbanken.

Das bringst Du mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen

• Relevante Berufspraxis im Bereich Treasury

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Fremdwährungsrisiken, Zinsänderungsrisiken und Liquiditätsrisiken sowie im Projektmanagement

• Interesse an der Nutzung von Treasury Management-Systemen und an deren Einführung

• Begeisterung, an technologischen Lösungen mitzuwirken und Prozesse zu optimieren, um die Effizienz zu steigern

• Sicherer Umgang mit Finanzsoftware-Anwendungen und MS Office – insbesondere Excel

• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
