Job Description
Oxygenationmembranen sind spezielle Materialien, die in der Medizintechnik in der Oxygenierung von Blut eingesetzt werden und somit tagtäglich Leben retten.
Als Quality Engineer (m/w/*) am Standort Wuppertal mit der Verantwortung für alle qualitätsrelevanten Aufgaben im schnell wachsenden Bereich der Oxygenationsmembranen haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Wissen und Ihre Erfahrung zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um sicherzustellen, das unsere Produkte den hohen Anforderungen unserer Kunden gerecht werden.
Ein Tag Im Leben
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen inkl. Unterstützung bei der Ursachenanalyse, Einführung und Überwachung von nachhaltigen korrektiven Maßnahmen und direktem Kundensupport
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Material Review Boards und Aktivitäten im Change Management Process (CMP) am Standort
- Unterstützung und Leitung von Projekten zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen (z.B. Dual Sourcing Rohstoffe, Qualifizierung neuer Produkte, etc.)
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten (Produkt-Prüfpläne, Standard Operation Procedures, Work Instructions etc.)
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von externen und internen Audits
Der Schlüssel Zum Erfolg
Ausbildung
- Abschluss eines ingenieur- / naturwissenschaftlichen Studiums (Master)
Erfahrung
- Vorzugsweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion / Qualität
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten, Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und die Fähigkeit mit Mitarbeitern unterschiedlichster Funktionsbereiche zusammen zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse der DIN ISO 9001 und DIN ISO 13485 wünschenswert
