As an experienced consultant with a strong understanding of people, business, and projects, you will actively shape the future of digital transformation. In this role, you will assume strategic responsibility for key clients and project portfolios, lead interdisciplinary teams, and make a significant contribution to the further development of our company. Together with our clients – leading companies in the automotive, retail, and insurance sectors – you will develop sustainable solutions, manage complex digitalization initiatives, and build long-term partnerships.
What you need to be successful with us:
- Completed university degree (B.Sc./M.Sc./MBA or equivalent)
- 7–10 years of experience in management or IT consulting with demonstrable sales experience
- Strong understanding of key account management and project control
- Proven sales success and enthusiasm for entrepreneurial activity
- Excellent German and English skills (C1) as well as proficient use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Empathetic, solution-oriented personality with clear communication, structure and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel (~30%) and identification with the company's values
- Key position with direct influence on company development and growth, reporting to management
- Great freedom in design and decision-making, and mentoring for consultants
- Broad customer and industry portfolio, multi-project management and active expansion of key accounts
- Flexible working model: Home office as needed, approx. 30% travel and a modern office at Munich East Station
