IHRE AUFGABEN
Werden Sie Teil unserer Technikeinheit am Standort Ludwigshafen. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die effiziente Beschaffung von elektrischen Maschinen, Ersatzteilen, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Dienstleistungen. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Technical Administration Support (m/w/d) mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Anforderern und Category Buyer zur Bearbeitung von Beschaffungsanfragen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem globalen Einkauf zur Sicherstellung einheitlicher Strategien und Prozesse
  • Eigenständige Erfassung, Prüfung und Korrektur von Katalog-Bestellanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie Analyse und Bewertung eingehender Angebote
  • Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen und Zahlungsbedingungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Accounts Payable
  • Bearbeitung von SAP-Workflows und Unterstützung im Ariba First-Level-Support
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufs- und Prozessabläufen

IHR PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Wirtschaftsfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Ariba, Microsoft Office Paket und SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
