These Are The Tasks For This Position

  • Support of the Global CRM Manager in administrative tasks and the implementation of best practices
  • CRM first-line support for Salesforce Managers or IT in the local subsidiaries
  • Creation of Veeva & Salesforce reports
  • Creation of new users in Veeva & Salesforce
  • Territory management in Salesforce
  • Support of Veeva roll-out in new countries
  • Training of both experienced and new Veeva users and teams
  • Communication with third party service providers

These Are The Requirements You Should Meet

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical or business science (e.g. Business informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
  • Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills and collaborative spirit
  • Fluency in English and in German is a must
  • Working experience with a CRM system (preferably Veeva/ ) is a plus
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business is beneficial
  • Experience in agile management methodologies like SCRUM & KANBAN and tools such as JIRA is a plus
