Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von abwechslungsreichen und anspruchsvollen Optimierungsprojekten bei unseren Kunden von der Akquisitionsphase bis zum Projektabschluss

  • Erstellung von Datenanalysen und Entwicklung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen hinsichtlich Effizienz und Ergonomie

  • Durchführung von Kundenworkshops im Zuge unseres Dienstleistungs- und Produktgeschäfts

  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Technologie durch die Ermittlung von Kundenanforderungen und anschließende Weitergabe an unsere Entwicklungsabteilungen

  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Abteilung im Zuge eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. vergleichbares Studium

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Prozessanalyse und -optimierung

  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Lean Management, Six-Sigma, KVP, MTM, REFA und/oder Ergonomie

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch

  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen (~10 % der Arbeitszeit)
