Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for new energy vehicle motor controller system tasks, including customer requirements alignment and deviation analysis, system solution design, etc.

  2. Acquire international customer insights to support global customer satisfaction and promote overseas demand development.

  3. Collaborate with Chinese R&D teams to optimize next-generation product architecture and roadmap planning.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Control Science and Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Information Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in NEV electronic control systems, hardware, or software development.

  3. Deep understanding of motor controller application environments and operating conditions, familiarity with related domain principles, and mastery of key functional solutions.

  4. Proficiency in FMEA, FTA, and other analytical methods; knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE processes with practical project application experience.

  5. Strong learning agility, logical thinking, proactive attitude, adaptability to challenges, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

  6. Based in Stuttgart, Germany long-term. Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.

Aufgabenbereiche

  1. Verantwortlich für die Systementwicklung des Antriebsumrichters von New Energy Vehicles (NEVs), einschließlich Kundenanforderungsabstimmung und Abweichungsanalyse, Systemkonzepterstellung usw.

  2. Ansprechpartner für internationale Kunden, Förderung der internationalen Kundenzufriedenheit und der Nachfrage von internationalen Kunden.

  3. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam in China zur Optimierung der Produktarchitektur und Planung der nächsten Produktgeneration.

Grundlegende Anforderungen

  1. Studienabschluss (Bachelor oder höher) in Regelungstechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder verwandten Fachrichtungen.

  2. Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der System-, Hardware- oder Softwareentwicklung für elektronische Steuergeräte in New Energy Vehicles (NEVs).

  3. Sehr gutes Verständnis der Einsatzumgebung und Betriebsbedingungen von Antriebsumrichtern; zudem vertraut mit den grundlegenden Prinzipien verwandter Hochvolt-Komponenten.

  4. Gute Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung von Analysemethoden wie FMEA und FTA, Vertrautheit mit der ISO26262 und ASPICE-Prozessen sowie praktische Anwendungserfahrung in Projekten.

  5. Ausgeprägte Lernfähigkeit und logisches Denkvermögen, hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten.

  6. Arbeitsort in Stuttgart, Deutschland. Fließende Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
