Operations Lead Enterprise Service Management (w/m/d)übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Service Management. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Service Delivery und den globalen Delivery-Teams. Dabei steuerst du alle relevanten ITIL-Prozesse und sorgst für eine reibungslose, qualitativ hochwertige Serviceerbringung – in strategisch wichtigen Projekten.

Deine Aufgaben:- Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung aller Serviceprozesse nach ITIL/SIAM im Kundenumfeld
- Single Point of Contact für Kunden in Bezug auf Servicequalität, SLA-Compliance und Prozessperformance
- Fachliche Führung eines (virtuellen) Teams mit 10-30 Personen - je nach Kundenprojekt
- SLA-/KPI-Monitoring und Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Steuerung von Eskalationen gemeinsam mit dem Service Delivery Management
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Nearshore-/Offshore-Teams (u. a. in Polen und Indien)
- Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Serviceprozesse und Qualitätssicherung
- Proaktive Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und neuen Servicechancen
- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management, idealerweise in einem komplexen, internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL (mindestens Foundation, gerne weiterführend)
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung virtueller Teams und der fachlichen Führung (z. B. als Projektleiter:in)
- Kundenorientiertes Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sowohl strukturiert als auch pragmatisch zu handeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sichere Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland
